    • Self test code: P2002 (DPF Efficiency). Check DEF quality, ok. Reference TSB# 2024-05-03 from prior RO# 2764 9-6-2024, no longer exists. PPT for code P2002 has newly added instructions to replace PM sensor when replacing DPF. Check for updated part number on PM sensor, yes. Recommend replacement of PM sensor due to updated workshop procedure. Re-flash performed via Mopar TSP previously, and rechecked last visit. Up to date calibration of PCM.
    • Replace PM sensor, clear code.
    • Reset required parameters, warm engine to operating temperature and perform manual regeneration to clear / prove out systems.
    • Replace faulty / noisy serpentine belt with heavy duty option. Inspect all pulleys, tensioner & water pump. All ok.

    • Self test codes: P24C9 & P24B5 (PM sensor circuit). Follow test procedure, led to replacement of PM sensor.
    • Replace faulty PM sensor under warranty.
    • Performed LOF, greased front end and topped off vital fluids to vehicle. No further action needed at this time.
    • Replace rear brake linings. Inspect condition and thickness of rear brake disc rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Adjust parking brake. Road test vehicle.
    • Replace front brake pad linings. Check front brake disc rotor condition. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.

    • cel light on for p006f,p2bac,p003a did component test and found the TURBOCHARGER ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY was out of spec during pin point test. Testing led to replacement of turbocharger VGT actuator, suspect VGT failure caused driveability and emission codes as engine braking was inop prior to replacement as well as exhaust emissions system was subjected to improper / bias input readings.
    • Drain cooling system, R&R passengers fender skirt for access. Remove turbo VGT actuator assembly and perform calibration test, failed. Replace faulty VGt actuator, refill cooling system & top off, perform calibration procedure & clear codes. Road test & retest, all ok. Codes no longer present. Grease zerk fittings for customer.

    • Evac / vacuum & charge system, leak present at condensor. After condensor replacement, a/c inop & pressures erratic / variations from 115 psi to 0 psi. Further inspection with scope found evaporator core faulty / clogged.
    • Replace a/c compressor, tensioner & belt.
    • Replace a/c accumulator / drier.
    • A/C PERFORMANCE – Testing – [Includes: Gauge check, leak test and partial charge.]
