    • UNBOLTED OLD TIE ROD AND COUNTED THREADS AND REPLACED WITH NEW TIE ROD AND AND RETIGHTEND EVERYTHING TO SPEC
    • REMOVED HUB AND KNUCKLE AND AXLE SHAFT PRESSED OUT OLD BLOWN OUT BALL JOINTS AND REPLACED WITH NEW BALL JOINTS AND REGRESSED AND RE INSTALLED KNUCKLE AND HUB ASSEMBLY
    • Replace front brake pads and rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
    • Replace rear brake linings. Inspect condition and thickness of rear brake disc rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Adjust parking brake. Road test vehicle.
    • REMOVED 4 BOLTS AND TUBE FROM THE BREATHER AND REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW CCV AND RETIGHTEND TO SPEC
    • Perform LOF With BG Diesel Oil Conditioner, Replace Fuel Filters & Install BG Diesel Fuel System Cleaner, Replace Air filter, Top Off Fluids, Rotate Tires & Set Pressures, Inspect Front & Rear Brakes, Steering & Suspension, Grease All Zerk Fittings, Perform Multi-Point Inspection.

    Services Performed
    • removed transmission to access upper oil pan. during removal of transfer case skid plate all 4 bolts spun inside the frame. extraction is required. removed upper oil pan and cleaned off engine block. installed older gasket style upper oil pan and new lower oil pan. let sealant cure over night before oil was put into truck. re installed transmission. added engine oil and took vehicle for multiple road test. no leaks from oil pans at this time.
    • R&R CCV filter
    • Cut all seized bolts & remove threaded clip retainers. Grind areas / holes on frame which bolts are fastened to, weld in flange nuts. Install new flange bolts with antiseize to prevent future concerns.

    • found 2 bolts to be broken on the drives side. extracted both bolts and replaced all hardware
    • verified concern. found back up alarm to be wired improperly. cut one wire to the back up alarm. found 2 cab lights to be out.
    • Perfomed MPI, thoroughly looked over vehicle and provided customer with any recommendations.
    • Replace drivers outer tie rod end.
    • Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear. Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe-in, and thrust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center ste

    • Self test codes: pass. Oil level & condition ok (slightly low). Low side oil pressure slow to build, PID monitor ICP / IPR / FICM. ICP slow to build & IPR 85%. Leak present. Air test h.pres system, pass. Recent stand pipes, dummy plugs & IPR. Suspect h.pres pump. Able to start with silicone spray, would remain running until oil temp rose above 140 degrees and IPR increased. Recommend replacement of h.pres pump & retest.
    • R&R engine oil filter
    • removed intake and turbo to access high pressure oil pump. turbo had no endplay. during removal of the intake, notices both belts to be cracked. replaced both belts with heavy duty ones. R&R high pressure oil pump and primed system. re installed turbo and intake.
    • removed intake to access oil cooler. R&R oil cooler and replaced all seals. re installed intake

    • Verify & inspect / road test vehicle, driveline vibration present on acceleration. Check all suspension components & driveline components. Front tires feathered, rear drive shaft u-joints binding / worn, exhaust loose towards rear.
    • Perfomed MPI, thoroughly looked over vehicle and provided customer with any recommendations. LOF due, EBP sensor harness chaffed / shorted, drivers hub vacuum hose not connected, front tires feathered
    • Performed LOF, greased front end and topped off vital fluids to vehicle. No further action needed at this time.
    • Soldier & heat shrink in new EBP connector pigtail from chaffing, install wire loom.
    • Replace all rear drive shaft u-joints, grease all fittings. Extraction of seized u-joint caps & clips was required. Front flange & u-joint damaged due to rust / seized, replace flange, bolts & u-joint.
    • Replace center support bearing.

    • Self test code: P24C6 (PM Sensor Temperature Circuit). Customer states recent replacement of SCR / DPF with low millage used unit. PM Sensor temp PID reading 1.75k degrees, check for updates / resets, unable to update PM Sensor, message for non supported / match to vehicle. Customer stated PM Sensor was replaced with unit from newer cab & chassis truck. Verified part numbers do not match according to VIN. Recommend replacement of PM Sensor with proper unit, programming & resetting of parameters & retest.
    • Replace PM sensor with proper part for vehicle. Top off DEF.
    • Update / reprogram GPCM & PM Sensor. Perform parameter resets on SCR / DPF / NOX / PM / DPF. Monitor PM Temp PID, now normal. Perform manual regeneration to prove out repair / system & drive cycle, all ok.
    • Fuel For Vehicle
    • Replace passengers side upper & lower ball joints, grease all zerk fitting in front end. Found drivers side axle hub locked, but in auto position (hub replacement required). Found drivers side ABS sensor harness not secured properly, secure & zip tie for customer.
    • Rotate Tires, Set Tire Pressures & Train TPMS.
