    • Replace transmission filter, clean pan & mating surfaces. Torque all fasteners to spec. Clean area.
    • Performed transmission flush utilizing BG cleaner, flush machine installed in series on transmission lines. Add BG conditioner & road test.
    • Perfomed MPI, thoroughly looked over vehicle and provided customer with any recommendations.

    • Self test code: P24C6 (PM Sensor Temperature Circuit). Customer states recent replacement of SCR / DPF with low millage used unit. PM Sensor temp PID reading 1.75k degrees, check for updates / resets, unable to update PM Sensor, message for non supported / match to vehicle. Customer stated PM Sensor was replaced with unit from newer cab & chassis truck. Verified part numbers do not match according to VIN. Recommend replacement of PM Sensor with proper unit, programming & resetting of parameters & retest.
    • Replace PM sensor with proper part for vehicle. Top off DEF.
    • Update / reprogram GPCM & PM Sensor. Perform parameter resets on SCR / DPF / NOX / PM / DPF. Monitor PM Temp PID, now normal. Perform manual regeneration to prove out repair / system & drive cycle, all ok.
    • Fuel For Vehicle
    • Replace passengers side upper & lower ball joints, grease all zerk fitting in front end. Found drivers side axle hub locked, but in auto position (hub replacement required). Found drivers side ABS sensor harness not secured properly, secure & zip tie for customer.
    • Rotate Tires, Set Tire Pressures & Train TPMS.

    • Verify & inspect, engine knock present. Oil level low, oil change sticker states service due 6/24 – 136,907. Found Motocraft oil filter installed with 12/24 – 144,900 written. Perform self test, no codes. Perform power balance & relative compression, pass. Perform fuel system test, pass. PID monitor cyl mass fuel balances for all cylinders, found cyl# 2 & 8 out of range slightly. Perform injector disable test, noticed knock diminished during test. Reset H.Pressure fuel system & injector cylinder quantity tables, knock no longer present. Recommend oil change / proper engine oil level plus protection additive, fuel system / injection service with fuel additive & fuel filters. Lower filter found collapsed / dirty & debris in filter cap, filter cap damaged. Replaced cap with personal inventory part. Road test after repairs & maintenance shows cyl#8 fuel balance slightly out of spec during idle conditions at times (0.9 gr max, has improved since service & driving to 0.6 gr max).
    • remove upper and lower intake to install new disaster kit and mount fuel filter housing and install new lines and prime system. Checked system for leaks, no leaks at this time.
    • Performed LOF, greased front end and topped off vital fluids to vehicle. No further action needed at this time. Performed Diesel engine performance restore kit from BG
    • upon removal of lower filter, technician noted filter was collapsed in on itself and barely any fuel came out of the system. remove and clean fuel bowls and install new filters and prime system. on test drive technician noticed fuel cap for bottom filter to be leaking from a hairline crack, removed and replaced cap free of charge. test drove, no leaks at this time
    • Perform BG diesel fuel injection / system service. Install machine onto fuel inlet. & add cleaner to machine & treatment to fuel tank. Run engine for 40 minutes to clean entire fuel system. Recommend customer fills fuel tank after service.
    • Performed transmission flush utilizing BG cleaner, flush machine installed in series on transmission lines. Add BG conditioner & road test.
    • Perform BG power steering flush with cleaner & new fluid.
    • Clean battery terminals with cleaner & brush, install BG protective terminal pads & protective spray.
