    • verified concern. found truck to have cylinder 4 contribution code. monitored injector flow with scan tool. found cylinder 4 injector to be out of spec. recommend cylinder 4 injector
    • removed coolant bottle, FCIM and valve cover in order to access fuel injector. found one of the stand pipe o rings to be ripped. R&R stand pipes and dummy plugs on the drivers side. R&R cylinder 4 injector and re installed FCIM can coolant bottle. bled cooling system.

    • verified concern. scanned for codes and found a cylinder 8 contribution code. when started up, noticed knock on the opposing cylinder as well. performed relative compression test. and found cylinder 8 to be lower than spec. recommend removal of both valve covers to inspect valvetrain.
    • removed upper and lower intakes, boost tubes, all injectors, CCV filter and EGR cooler to access valve covers. removed valve covers and found no valvetrain issues. suspect lower end engine damage.
    • evacuated A/C and drained both cooling systems. removed cab mounts in order to raise cab. removed turbo in order to install engine lift plate. removed engine and begun swapping over components. swapped over valve covers, engine harness, both alternators, secondary water pump, all pulleys. installed new fuel injectors and fuel rails. installed DCR pump. installed engine and re installed turbo. cleaned and installed upper and lower intakes. lowered cab and installed S&B cab mounts. installed CAT oil filter and adapter. programmed all 8 new injectors and cleared adaptive tables. re charged A/C and bled cooling systems. took vehicle for multiple extended road test. no issues present at this time
    • 3 of the 8 cage nuts for the cab mounts froze requiring extraction. extracted cab mount bolts.
    • removed running boards in order to lift the cab
    • removed lots of after market wiring in order to lift the cab. re wired accessories when cab was lowered back down

    • TRANSMISSION OIL FILTER – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty, F350 Super Duty Pan,Filter
    • TRANSMISSION OIL FILTER – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty, F350 Super Duty Line,Filter
    • Remove original bed from vehicle with fork lift, lower flat / utility bed onto frame with fork lift for mock up. Fabricate 1 inch square tube spacers for front sections of cross member supports & align for proper cab clearance, wheel well spacing, and center. Spacers leveled bed true verified with bubble level. Customer mentioned welding on a trailer receiver to new bed, bed rails do not exactly match frame and spacers / hold down bolts deemed a liability for towing purposes. Recommend custom flat / utility bed shop.
    • FUEL TANK – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty, F350 Super Duty – [Includes: Drain and fill.] Install Customer Supplied S&B 60 Gallon Tank
    • Diagnose & Advise Pillar Gauges Inop

    • Self test codes: P008A (low pressure fuel system pressure – too low)PCM , B10F3 (left front position light)BCM, B10F4 (right front position light)BCM, B1380 (steering wheel right switch pack)SCCM, U2101 (control module configuration incompatible)SCCM. PID monitor low side fuel system pressure, 76psi. Recent Ford OE fuel filters replaced, check for leaks none. Check lower filter hosing, found 2 hold down bolts not fully seated. Bolts binding up during tightening attempt. R&R lower fuel filter & inspect, filter ok. Chase & clean threads, tighten to spec.
    • FUEL FILTER – Remove & Replace – Diesel On Tank, Assembly, w/o Fuel Tank Removal
    • Check for modules requiring later calibration files via OE server, update / reprogram all modules available. Clear codes & retest / let run & road test, allok.

    • REMOVED HUB AND KNUCKLE AND AXLE SHAFT PRESSED OUT OLD BLOWN OUT BALL JOINTS AND REPLACED WITH NEW BALL JOINTS AND REGRESSED AND RE INSTALLED KNUCKLE AND HUB ASSEMBLY
    • Replace front brake pads and rotors. Clean and lubricate brake calipers and slide mechanisms. Check and fill brake fluid. Bleed air from system. Road test vehicle.
    • Replace rear brake linings. Inspect condition and thickness of rear brake disc rotors. Retract rear brake caliper actuators. Clean and lubricate rear brake caliper slide mechanism. Adjust parking brake. Road test vehicle.
    • REMOVED 4 BOLTS AND TUBE FROM THE BREATHER AND REMOVED AND REPLACED WITH NEW CCV AND RETIGHTEND TO SPEC

    • removed transmission to access upper oil pan. during removal of transfer case skid plate all 4 bolts spun inside the frame. extraction is required. removed upper oil pan and cleaned off engine block. installed older gasket style upper oil pan and new lower oil pan. let sealant cure over night before oil was put into truck. re installed transmission. added engine oil and took vehicle for multiple road test. no leaks from oil pans at this time.
    • R&R CCV filter
    • Cut all seized bolts & remove threaded clip retainers. Grind areas / holes on frame which bolts are fastened to, weld in flange nuts. Install new flange bolts with antiseize to prevent future concerns.

    • Self test codes: pass. Oil level & condition ok (slightly low). Low side oil pressure slow to build, PID monitor ICP / IPR / FICM. ICP slow to build & IPR 85%. Leak present. Air test h.pres system, pass. Recent stand pipes, dummy plugs & IPR. Suspect h.pres pump. Able to start with silicone spray, would remain running until oil temp rose above 140 degrees and IPR increased. Recommend replacement of h.pres pump & retest.
    • R&R engine oil filter
    • removed intake and turbo to access high pressure oil pump. turbo had no endplay. during removal of the intake, notices both belts to be cracked. replaced both belts with heavy duty ones. R&R high pressure oil pump and primed system. re installed turbo and intake.
    • removed intake to access oil cooler. R&R oil cooler and replaced all seals. re installed intake
    • installed coolant filter kit
