Amanda

Amanda has a well-versed background in the automotive field, like me she has auto body experience as well as technical experience.  Previously employed by a well known and large dealership, she realized the writing on the wall much earlier than I did regarding corporate practices, unfair flat-rate pay plans and poor management strategies.  However, to both her and Last Stop Diesels benefit she is now apart of a company that appreciates and rewards their team members accordingly.  During the course of her employment with the company Amanda has demonstrated exemplary work ethic, attention to detail and pride in her work.  Furthermore, management and structural strengths were evident.  Which is why she has EARNED the position of General Manager of Last Stop Diesel.  As the owner, this makes me 0very proud, because I have always been a believer in hard work paying off.  If you are satisfied with my work ethic and honesty, you will equally be impressed with hers.  While Amanda will primarily be focusing on the day-to-day operations of the business and primary service writer, she will also still be contributing (at a lighter degree) to actual service & repair work.  This hands-on work mimics her work ethic mentioned above, meaning you are in good hands all around.  Customer satisfaction, honesty and doing the job correctly the first time are all commitments she shares along with myself.
